isXperia, LLC has a 30-day, 100% money back guarantee on all of its products for retail customers. If a retail customer is dissatisfied with the product(s) for any reason, within thirty (30) days of the sale the product may be returned for full credit. Retail customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number ("RA#") and the return address. The RA# must appear on each package returned to isXperia, LLC. If any product is returned to isXperia, LLC. without a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping box, it will be rejected and returned at the customer's cost.
